Dave has been in the auction business since the mid 1980s and is the founder and broker of Webb & Associates. Dave's roots run deep throughout Missouri and Kansas where he continues with the real estate brokerage formed in the mid 1960s. "Serving Satisfied Clients throughout the Midwest," is not just a company slogan, it is part of the Webb DNA.

Dave is considered one of the nation's leading voices in the auction industry. His extensive knowledge of real estate, agriculture, and the auction method of marketing is demonstrated through 35 years of successful real estate and personal property transactions. In addition to his traditional and collegiate education, Dave holds several designations related to both the auction industry and appraisal services. He also enjoys training the rising generation of professionals and has presented and taught at the state and national level.

Dave has served on several state and national boards. He has a passion for developing new leaders and promoting the auction method of marketing. Dave has had the honor of serving his state in the Kansas Legislature during the late 1970s, the early 1980s, and again in the early 1990s.

Dave and his wife, Wendy, have been long time residents of Johnson County, Kansas. Wendy is the founder of the "Parents as Teachers" program in the state of Kansas, and recently retired as Director of the Blue Valley District program where she served for 27 years. Dave and Wendy keep an active schedule with their farming business; raising grain crops, hay, and managing agricultural land. They also enjoy raising honeybees and most of all they enjoy spending time out on the farm with family and friends.

Karl was raised in the Gardner, Kansas area and his family has been active in 4-H for several generations. In Johnson County Karl's grandparents donated some the first land for the Johnson County Fair grounds and his father constructed some of the current buildings. Karl and his wife Kim maintain an active part in the community and 4H activities.

Charles is a lifelong resident of Johnson County, Kansas and his family started farming in eastern Kansas in 1854. Charles and his wife Jessica are the 6th generation to carry on this family heritage. He obtained his real estate license and successfully utilizes his vast knowledge of agricultural in sales.

Charles and Jessica are also very active in their community and 4H activities. Charles serves on the Johnson County Fair Board and his wife is a board member and is Past President of the Johnson County Farm Bureau.

Jeff and Jeremy, brothers, graduated from World Wild Auction School and both are Champion Auctioneers. Jeff won the Missouri State Auction Contest in 2016 and Jeremy was the 2017 Champion. When not busy in the auction profession they assist their father Al Garber in the family construction business.
